O NAMA

Centar za društveno ekonomski razvoj – CDER je nevladina organizacija sa sedištem u Jagodini. Osnovana je 2005. godine, na inicijativu kvalifikovanih eksperata iz različitih oblasti, sa namerom da deluje na lokalnom, nacionalnom i internacionalnom nivou i da postane pozitivan faktor društvenog i ekonomskog razvoja u nacionalnim i evropskim okvirima.
Po broju realizovanih i aktuelnih projekata u poslednjih nekoliko godina CDER je najsnažnija organizacija u Centralnoj Srbiji i jedna od najvećih u zemlji.
Korisnici usluga CDER-a su prvenstveno pravna lica (lokalne samouprave, različite javne institucije, nevladine organizacije, razvojne agencije, kancelarije za mlade…), kao i građani, pre svega mladi ljudi.
Članovi organizacije su vodeći nacionalni konsultanti i eksperti iz različitih oblasti – ekonomske, socijalne, omladinske, kulturne politike.
Organizacija trenutno ima 4 stalno zaposlene osobe i preko 10 osoba projektno angažovanih. Pored toga, u radu CDER-a učestvuje i veliki broj volontera.
Organizacijom rukovodi Upravni odbor, koji ima tri člana, na čelu sa predsednikom Ivanom Mladenovićem. Direktor organizacije je Darko Dimitrijević.

Strateško i akciono planiranje

CDER pruža podršku u izradi strateških i akcionih planova opština preko metode mentorskog vođenja i održavanjem formalnih treninga. Obuka za strateško planiranje traje 3 dana, a obuka za akciono planiranje 2 dana. CDER tim je do danas održao više desetina treninga iz strateškog i akcionog planiranja, a uz to ”od početka do kraja” metodom mentorske podrške, vodio proces izrade više od 40 strateških dokumenata koje su usvojile lokalne samouprave.

Upravljanje projektnim ciklusom (PCM)

Upravljanje projektnim ciklusom CDER drži kao formalni trening koji zavisno od potrebe korisnika može da traje od 3 do 5 dana, i kao mentorski proces, tokom kojeg tim CDER-a sa korisnicima razvija određeni projekat za konkretni grant. Do danas smo pružili podršku uspešnom razvoju više od 40 pojedinačnih projekata u ukupnoj vrednosti od oko 1.000.000 evra.

Finansijski mendžment u NVO

Obzirom na novouspostavljeni pravni okvir za delovanje NVO CDER drži trening koji ima za cilj da približiti odredbe propisa koje direktno utiču na poslovanje nevladinih organizacija kao i da olakša primenu brojnih i ponekad protivurečnih poreskih, carinskih i računovodstvenih propisa.

Profesionalna orijentacija i karijerno vođenje

CDER ima tim od petoro iskusnih stručnih radnika (pedagog, psiholog, profesor razredne nastave, profesor građanskog vaspitanja i andragog) osposobljenih za sprovođenje programa profesionalne orijentacije i karijernog vođenja i savetovanja. Ovaj tim radi direktno sa mladima ali i pruža program obuke za karijerne savetnike (TOT).

Finansijska edukacija gradjana

Cilj ovih edukativnih radionica je da se učesnici upoznaju sa osnovnim finansijskim pojmovima i konceptima – uobičajenim finansijskim proizvodima (depoziti, krediti, akcije, osiguranja…), značajem štednje, odnosima rizika i dobiti prilikom ulaganja novca, pravima na dobijanje tačnih informacija prilikom ulaganja novca… Edukaciju prate i posebno kreirane vežbe za planiranje budžeta.

Izgradnja servisa pomoći u kući (PUK) za stara lica

Obuka ima za cilj: 1. stručno osposobljavanje – prvenstveno gerontodomaćica – za rad na pružanju usluga pomoći u kući starim licima i osobama sa invaliditetom; 2. obezbeđenje funkcionalnih znanja o upravljanju i administriranju rada samog servisa što (ovo je nemenjeno svim licima angažovanim na koordiniranju, administriranju, monitoringu i evaluaciji i pružanju usluga PUK). Obuka se sastoji iz 4 modula i primerena je potrebama radnog osposobljavanja gerontodomaćica kao i rukovodioca serivsa PUK. Stručni tim CDER-a je do sada sproveo obuku u preko 30 opština u Srbiji.

ABOUT US

CDER is an NGO headquartered in Jagodina, founded in the end of 2005 at the initiative of qualified experts in different areas, aspiring to act locally, regionally, nationally and internationally and to become positive and creative factor of social development within national and European framework.
By the number of successfully finished and current project, CDER is the largest organization in Central Serbia and one of the largest in the country.
CDER beneficiaries are primarily legal entities (local self-governments, various public institutions, NGOs, development agencies etc), as well as citizens, young people in particular.
Members of the organization are the leading national consultants and experts from various fields – economy, social, youth and cultural policies.
The organization currently has 4 fully employed persons and more than 10 persons employed on various projects. In addition, a number on volunteers takes part in CDER activities.
The organization is run by a three-member Management Board lead by Ivan Mladenovic. The director of the organization is Darko Dimitrijevic.

Strateško i akciono planiranje

Strategic and action planning

CDER provides support in development of municipal strategic and action plans through mentorship guidance and training delivery (3-day strategic planning training and 2-day action planning training). CDER team held dozens of trainings in strategic and action planning and led “from beginning to completion”, by mentoring support, the process of development of more than 40 strategic documents that were finally adopted by local governments. In working on youth policy strategic documents, we apply the concept recommended by the Ministry of Youth and Sport as a standard for local youth offices. In development of employment action plans, we apply a tailor-made, tested model, harmonized with the Guide developed by UNDP IDGM upon request of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development.

Project cycle management (PCM)

Project cycle management is delivered in the form of a 3-5 day training, or, if more suitable to client’s needs, as a mentoring support, in the course of which CDER team develops a specific project proposal in cooperation with the client, intended for applying for a specific grant. So far we successfully supported the development of more than 40 individual projects in total amount of EUR 1,000,000.

NGO financial management

CDER provides a training on the newly created legal framework for NGO operation, the purpose of which is to familiarize the trainees with the regulations which govern NGO operation and to facilitate the application of numerous, often contradictory and cumbersome tax, customs and accounting regulations.

Professional orientation and career guidance

CDER includes a team of five experienced professionals (education specialist, psychologist, form teacher, civil education teacher and adult education specialist), trained for provision of professional orientation and career guidance and counseling programs. The team trains future career guiders (TOT) and also works directly with youth. CDER trainers provide two types of training: 1) GTZ five-stage model for working with vulnerable groups of youth and children, and 2) Three-day training model for career guiders who will work with youth – a training developed by CDER. In addition, CDER team also provides a basic one-day training for peer educators.

Financial education for the public

The purpose of these educational workshops was to familiarize the participants with basic financial concepts and products (deposits, loans, shares, insurance, etc.), the importance of saving, risk and return in investment, right to be adequately informed while investing at stock exchange and similar. Education also included specially designed budget planning exercises.

Building home care service for the erderly

Training seeks to: 1. train (primarily home care nurses) in service provision to the elderly and persons with disabilities; 2. ensure functional knowledge about the management and administration of the service (intended for all persons engaged on coordination, administration, monitoring and provision of home care service). The training consists of 4 modules and aims to fully train home care nurses, as well as managers of home care service. CDER professional team so far provided this training in 19 municipalities in Serbia.
